23andMe‘s unique board of independent supervisors on Monday denied chief executive officer Anne Wojcicki’s proposition to take the troubled hereditary screening business personal.
Wojcicki sent a proposition to the board on Sunday, using to obtain every one of the business’s superior shares for 41 cents each, according to a filing with the UNITED STATE Securities and Exchange Commission.
