Health is wide range! Elizabeth Chambers took a seat with ET to expose her safe self-care routines for the period 1 ending of Investigation Discovery’s docuseries, Toxic.

“I drink hot water with lemon, followed by organic celery juice, and then GT Dave’s Trilogy Kombucha before 8 a.m.,” the model spills.
