The Supreme Court on Monday declined a quote by well-known ‘pharma brother’ Martin Shkreli to hear his charm of a $64 million punitive damages on the scammer for obstructing competitors to a life-saving medicine whose cost he had actually elevated by greater than $700 per tablet.
Shkreli’s demand that the Supreme Court take his charm of government court choice was his last opportunity to reverse that charge, which was associated with the medicine Daraprim.
The Supreme Court in turning down that demand did not describe its choice, to which there were no kept in mind dissents by any type of justice.
