Blackstone- led consortium nears $13.5 billion bargain to obtain AirTrunk, resource states

(Reuters) -A consortium led by Blackstone is nearing a bargain to obtain Australian information centre team AirTrunk for A$ 20 billion ($ 13.53 billion) consisting of financial obligation, an individual with expertise of the circumstance claimed on Monday.

Blackstone and its companion, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), became the recommended purchaser for AirTrunk, after outbidding a competing capitalist team, the individual claimed, decreasing to be called as the details was exclusive.
