A chauffeur in Utah invested time in the medical facility over the weekend break after striking a turkey on the interstate, which sent it flying with the cars and truck’s windscreen.
The Garland Fire Department shared the tale on its Facebook web page on Saturday.

“There are plenty of dangers when traveling at high speeds down the interstate. Including turkeys. Yes, you read that right,” the division composed.
The motorist, that was not recognized, was taking a trip northbound on Interstate 15 on Saturday when a turkey chose to go across website traffic.

The motorist wound up striking the turkey, which triggered it ahead collapsing with the cars and truck’s windscreen. Pictures from the fire division reveal a broken front windscreen and plumes throughout the motorist’s seat inside the cars and truck.
While the turkey really did not make it through the influence, the individual driving continual non-life-threatening injuries and was required to the medical facility “in good spirits.”

“This is a great reminder to watch out for animals when traveling,” the division composed. “Garland Fire has seen multiple vehicle accidents involving wildlife, including Elk & Moose, on this stretch of interstate. With the warmer weather approaching, we expect to see more sightings.”
