University of Alabama trainees billed after promise was pushed and tipped on throughout declared hazing occurrences


Several University of Alabama trainees were butted in claimed society hazing occurrences after a promise stated he was pushed and tipped on and had actually points tossed at him.

Christopher Theodore Molineaux, 22, Grant Henry Rakers, 21, Joshua Donald Ferrito, 22, and Charles William Grey, 20, were each billed with 2 matters of hazing about claimed occurrences that took place onAug 25 andAug 28 at the Pi Kappa Phi residence.

Court files submitted Wednesday state that video clips from the television room and band area recorded the claimed hazing.

One of the promises submitted costs yet the court files declare that throughout theAug 25 case video clip supposedly revealed numerous promises being introduced the band area “and forced to their hands and knees as part of the fraternity’s ‘Rules Night,'” the files state.

“While on their hands and knees, pledges were yelled at, stepped on, pushed, had items thrown at them, and had beer poured on them,” it claims.

Video from theAug 28 case supposedly revealed the promises being made to align versus a wall surface and “perform forced calisthenics, including wall sits and push-ups,” according to the files. The promises were chewed out by society participants throughout initiation.

Molineaux and one more society participant are declared to have “shoved and struck one of the pledges,” the declaring claims.

“Molineaux can be seen on the video grabbing [the pledge] by the front of his shirt, shoving him back against a wall, shaking him, and then shoving him down to his (Molineaux’s) right, causing [the pledge] to lose his balance and fall over,” it claims.

The files charge Rakers, Ferrito, and Grey of existing for both occurrences and falling short to quit the hazing or record it. Another pupil, Stefan Maksimovich, 22, was butted in theAug 28 case. Maksimovich’s household decreased to comment.

The University of Alabama stated hazing is purely forbidden and an examination brought about the school authorities division offering warrants versus numerous participants.

“Hazing violates University policy, the Code of Student Conduct, and the law, and it is a matter that the University takes seriously,” the college stated in a declaration.
