A train derailment in Pecos, Texas, left someone dead and 4 others wounded on Wednesday.
Pecos City Manager Charles Lino claimed the event started when a train struck a tractor-trailer on the railway tracks on Wednesday night.
The accident triggered the train to thwart, inevitably striking the Chamber of Commerce structure.
