Shaurn Thomas, 50, was vindicated and offered a $4.1 million negotiation after he was launched from a life sentence in 2017 complying with the rescinding of his 1994 murder sentence.
But on Thursday, Thomas begged guilty to a 2023 murder, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.
