Locals in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, were surprised today as the River Tame ended up being covered in strange foam. Roads and autos were buried in white bubbles, lugged by the wind. Resident Sam Pedder, shared shock, stating it’s the most awful he’s seen in 34 years.
