Locals in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, were stunned today as the River Tame came to be covered in strange foam. Roads and vehicles were buried in white bubbles, lugged by the wind. Resident Sam Pedder, shared shock, stating it’s the most awful he’s seen in 34 years.
