Locals in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, were stunned today as the River Tame came to be covered in strange foam. Roads and vehicles were buried in white bubbles, lugged by the wind. Resident Sam Pedder, shared shock, stating itâs the most awful heâs seen in 34 years. An Environment Agency representative said thanks to the general public for reporting the case and is examining the reason, thought to be toxins unloaded upstream.
