Locals in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, were surprised today as the River Tame came to be covered in strange foam. Roads and cars and trucks were buried in white bubbles, lugged by the wind. Resident Sam Pedder, revealed shock, claiming it’s the most awful he’s seen in 34 years. An Environment Agency speaker said thanks to the general public for reporting the case and is examining the reason, believed to be toxins discarded upstream.
