A Kentucky female was jailed recently after regional authorities discovered a missing out on adolescent in her attic room.

Scottsville local Donna M. Spengler, 42, was jailed in the morning hours ofMar 21, according to the Scottsville Police Department (SPD). She was billed with kidnapping, first-degree preventing prosecution and custodial disturbance, along with threatening the well-being of a small and second-degree false imprisonment.
