Andrew Francis, 32, was jailed for straightforward battery– a violation– on Monday night, according to Pinellas County Jail documents.
Francis apparently struck the female with his shoulder outside the court in Clearwater on Saturday, which was just one of the very early ballot websites in the location, 13 Tampa Bay reported.
Though the female had not been recognized by police, Luna claimed on her project social networks accounts that the target is her project supervisor.

Fox informed 13 that the occurrence including Luna’s staffer was “disheartening” which she “expressed [her] concern for her well-being to her personally,” including that it is “reckless” for Luna to “falsely claim that this has anything to do with me or my campaign.”
“It’s important that we find ways to turn down the temperature in American politics. My own father was recently threatened with an axe while canvassing. The chaos and division must end, as situations like this have become all too common,” she claimed.
