A vehicle driver that struck rates of greater than 100mph throughout an authorities search prior to collapsing has actually been incarcerated.
Andrew Miller, of Greenacres in Wigton, Cumbria, drove “erratically” prior to blowing up of his vehicle and winding up in a ditch in 3 August 2023.

“Miller is extremely fortunate that his actions did not result in serious injuries to innocent parties.”
