Denver Broncos President Damani Leech commended the National Football League’s dedication to variety amidst company and federal government initiatives to decrease variety, equity and incorporation hiring methods.
Leech is among 4 African American head of states of NFL groups.
“I think we’ve all been hired in the last three to four years,” Leech informed Sport from Radio Row in New Orleans in advance of Super Bowl 59. “So I think the progress that the league has made there is pretty tremendous.”

I think that our differences make us better. That’s both at a club level and at a league level.”
