Canada mulls surtax on Chinese important mineral items, batteries, solar items


OTTAWA (Reuters) – Canada stated on Tuesday it was thinking about a prospective surtax on Chinese important mineral items, batteries and components, solar items, and semiconductors, an action which might trigger extra revenge from Beijing.
