At Man Group, non-executive supervisor Laurie Fitch acquired 7,390 common shares at a cost of 213.196 p each.
The deal was carried out on 31 December on the London Stock Exchange.
Seeing Machines at the same time reported numerous supervisor purchases.
Lombard Odier Asset Management, carefully related to non-executive supervisor Michael Brown, offered 159,652,749 shares at 4.09 p each on 24 December.
The sale lowered Lombard’s holdings to 485,230,164 shares, comparable to 9.87% of the business’s released share funding.
