In a considerable reshuffle, former mediator Taranjit Singh Sandhu has been appointed Lieutenant Guv of Delhi, being successful Vinai Kumar Saxena, that moves to Ladakh. The announcement was made by Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday.
