Many headings riffed on Trump’s “incredible” political return, his landslide win or on the term “rehired,” a referral to his “you’re fired” catch phrase from his “Apprentice” truth television program.
Some, however, were a lot more sharp.
Australia’s The Age published a “Shining”- referencing heading, “Here’s Donny!”
“He is a man guilty of 34 felonies, twice impeached, accused of racism, misogyny and inciting a riot. But Donald J. Trump has secured a second term as president of the United States of America,” the sub-headline read.
