White House profession advisor Peter Navarro claims he and Elon Musk do not have an “issue” after the technology billionaire knocked him as a “moron” adhering to a public altercation over President Donald Trump’s sweeping tolls.
While showing up on NBC News’ “Meet the Press” on Sunday, host Kristen Welker asked Navarro if Musk, that has actually been “publicly advocating for a zero-tariff trade deals,” had “won” their meant break thinking about Trump’s relocate to temporarily reduce tariffs on all nations, with the exemption of China, after he urged the overpriced tariffs were here to stay.

Navarro’s remarks followed Musk took a nasty jab at the pro-tariff political leader for declaring the Tesla CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER is “not a car manufacturer” yet “a car assembler,” while slamming the firm for counting greatly on international supply chains for products such as batteries.
“Navarro is truly a moron. What he says here is demonstrably false,” Musk wrote on X “Tesla has the most American-made cars. Navarro is dumber than a sack of bricks.”
