SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) -Intel CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Lip-Bu Tan fulfilled just recently with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co’s chief executive officer to review just how both business can work together, Tan claimed throughout a teleconference with experts on Thursday.
“We clearly view TSMC as our partner, and they have been very good partners to have. (TSMC Chairman) Morris (Chang) and (CEO) CC (Wei) are very long-time friends of mine. We also met recently (to) try to find areas we can collaborate and so that we can create a win, win situation,” Tan claimed on a telephone call after Intel reported its quarterly outcomes.
Wei remained in Silicon Valley today as TSMC held its yearly modern technology seminar. Tan likewise went to the seminar, according to 2 Reuters witnesses that saw him there.
