(Reuters) -The Mukesh Ambani- led Reliance Group company Jio Financial Services remains in talks with Germany- based Allianz SE to establish an insurance policy collaboration in India, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.
Allianz and Jio are aiming to establish a basic insurance coverage and a life insurance policy firm in India, the record stated, pointing out individuals accustomed to the issue. The record did not state more information on the possible bargain.
This comes a day after among India’s largest personal insurance companies, Bajaj Finserv, stated that Allianz is taking into consideration leaving its life and basic insurance coverage joint endeavors with the Bajaj Group.
Allianz was evaluating leaving the joint endeavor because of a disagreement over the instructions of the collaboration, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday.
