SEOUL (Reuters) – South Korean battery manufacturer Samsung SDI claimed on Tuesday it had actually chosen to offer its polarizing movie organization to China’s Wuxi Hengxin Optoelectronic Materials for 1.12 trillion won ($ 836.47 million).
Samsung SDI claimed in a regulative declaring the sale consists of the production and sales of polarizing movies in the South Korean areas of Cheongju and Suwon, along with 100% of its abroad device at Wuxi, China.
The battery manufacturer claimed the division making the divestment prepares to concentrate on products for semiconductors, natural light-emitting diode (OLED), and batteries moving forward, to boost competition and make the most of harmony with the battery organization with continual financial investment.
