TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan’s Nippon Steel claimed on Thursday it changed the closing day for its acquisition of united state Steel, revealing self-confidence that the purchase will certainly shield and expand the American firm.
The approximated closing day was changed to the very first quarter of 2025 from the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2024 formerly.
