BERLIN (Reuters) – Hapag-Lloyd saw its profits quadruple in the 4th quarter, adding to a mild surge in full-year numbers as a result of greater transportation quantities integrated with a steady ordinary products, the business stated on Thursday.
Earnings prior to rate of interest, tax obligations, devaluation and amortization (EBITDA) stood at 1.3 billion euros ($ 1.35 billion) in the last 3 months of the year contrasted to 300 million euros in the equivalent 2023 duration, according to initial numbers.
