(Reuters) – united state settlements innovation firm Fiserv claimed on Monday it would certainly acquire Payfare, an electronic financial company based in Canada.
The offer will certainly enable Fiserv to broaden its impact in the settlements innovation market satisfying gig-economy employees, where Payfare is a significant gamer.
Fiserv did not divulge the worth of the offer. It did not instantly reply to a Reuters demand looking for added information.
Payfare had a market price of C$ 101.24 million ($ 70.3 million), since recently.
