Bombay High Court Listens To PIL Requesting City Safety And Security Audit
Following a fatal accident on February 14 th, a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Bombay High Court demanding a third-party safety and security audit of all City lines in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
- Case: A concrete piece collapsed from the under-construction Metro- 4 passage in Mulund, eliminating one and injuring three.
