Imphal– Authorities in Manipur have evacuated 51 Kuki pupils from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Ramva School in Ukhrul area because of escalating tensions between the Kuki and Naga communities.
- Emptying: 31 male and 20 female students were safely moved to Kangpokpi district.
- Factor: Preventive step following clashes and arson in the Litan Sareikhong area, where roughly 30 homes were charred.
