Uttarakhand HC listens to one more appeal versus enrollment of live-in partnerships under UCC

The application was listened to by a department bench making up Chief Justice Guhanathan Narendar and Justice Ashish Naithani that clubbed it with a lot of comparable appeals that will certainly be listened to once more on April 1.
