The Kasimpur Halt terminal was called after Kasimpur town which is fairly far. Therefore, Jais City was recommended as the brand-new name, an elderly train authorities stated.

As popular Guru Gorakhnath Dham ashram is near the Jais terminal, it was recommended that the terminal be relabelled after the ashram, he stated.

The authorities stated there are a number of holy places of Lord Shiva and Goddess Kali near Mishrauli, Bani, Akbarganj and Fursatganj train terminals and they were relabelled appropriately, he stated.

The Nihalgarh terminal lies in a location that has a big populace of Pasis that are mainly farmers. Hence, it was relabelled after Maharaja Bijli Pasi, a king from the area, the authorities stated.

Warisganj is recognized for the valor of Bhale Sultan that dealt with versus the British in 1857 and the terminal was relabelled after him, he stated.

Attacking the Yogi Adityanath federal government in the state, Yadav stated, “The BJP government is requested to also change the condition of railway stations along with the names,” reported PTI.

“And when you are done with changing the names, think about preventing record-breaking rail accidents,” he stated, reported PTI.
