Revenue preacher takes authorities to job over pending situations at air conditioning courts

Bengaluru: Revenue Minister Krishna Byre Gowda took authorities to job over pending situations at the Assistant Commissioners’ (AIR CONDITIONER) courts throughout a conference with sub-divisional policemans through video clip meeting on Friday.

Not happy with the installing pendency prior to air conditioning Courts for the last 7 months and the reasons provided by the policemans that they were deputed for political election obligation, the preacher asked, “Is election work only an obstacle for serving the public and not for making money?”

There mored than 30 sub-divisional policemans and zonal commissioners from Mandya, Chikkaballapur, Chikkamagaluru, Tumakuru, Koppal, Belagavi,
Mysuru and Dakshina Kannada areas.

“Despite setting targets for the officials to resolve the cases pending at AC courts, the public were made to visit the courts repeatedly and even the pace of resolving the cases has been stalled,” he revealed annoyance.

As per the information shared, there more than 36,430 situations pending prior to air conditioning courts throughout the state, of which, Bengaluru North area alone made up 5,419 situations adhered to by Bengaluru South area with 4,351.

Interestingly, the authorities at these areas have actually signed up 65% of the situations outside their territory.

Expressing his rage over signing up situations past their territory, the preacher examined, particularly the Bengaluru South and North Air conditioners, just how much cash they have actually made to sign up the situations.

“You both have registered cases outside your jurisdiction, how much money did you take to register the cases which were not under your purview,” he asked.
