Real estate company in the commercial and logistics market in India showed effectiveness in the July-September quarter, driven by 3rd party logistics and production.
According to Savills, an international realty consultatory company, the absorption in the commercial and logistics market went to 17.5 million square feet, up from 11.4 million square feet in the exact same quarter of 2023.
