Mathura: A video clip of a city magistrate presumably battering a civil servant has actually gone viral on social media sites, attracting prevalent objection from the netizens. The occurrence happened in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, where City Magistrate Rakesh Kumar was seen dragging and attacking Gopal Prasad, a head aide staff in the PWD (Public Works Department) workplace.

Victim Alleged Assault, Staff Demands Apology

Prasad, the supposed target, asserted that he was doing his main obligations when he was by force dragged out of the workplace and defeated by the magistrate and his team.

“I was working in my office. City Magistrate sahab came with 10 people and was dragging me, abusing me, beating me and taking me to his office, but all the colleagues of my department saved me,” Prasad informed TV9, including that the whole occurrence was caught on CCTV.

In objection, PWD staff members closed down the workplace and presented a presentation, requiring an apology from the city magistrate. The staff members included that the workplace would certainly continue to be shut till Kumar approves his blunder and openly problems an apology.

Magistrate Denies Allegations

As per the record, Kumar rejected all the attack accusations. He mentioned that he was reacting to an issue submitted by the home guard.

“The matter being told right now is wrong. A home guard is posted at my place and a PWD employee misbehaved with that home guard and beat him up,” Kumar informed TV9

” I mosted likely to the PWD workplace with him … to see whether the individual that was mischievous with the home guard was a civil servant or a personal worker. That’s all the issue is, there is no instance of attack,” he further told the publication.
