Palghar: Police have actually detained a transgender individual for apparently eliminating a male in Sativali town in Maharashtra’s Palghar area, an authorities stated on Saturday.
The body of the target, that is yet to be determined as his face was entirely damaged, was located off the Mumbai-Ahmedabad freeway on Thursday mid-day, he stated.
“The body of the man, estimated to be in his thirties, was found in the bushes around 2 pm on Thursday. The victim had been stoned to death,” he included.
The Crime Unit II of the Mira Bhayandar-Vasai Virar (MBVV) cops commissionerate introduced a probe.
“There was an absence of CCTV cameras in the area. A saree and some used contraceptive tools were recovered from the spot. Within 24 hours, the team apprehended a suspect named Rupa Sheikh, a transgender, in this connection,” he stated.
As per the preliminary probe, the implicated transgender eliminated the target adhering to a debate over cash, he stated.
