New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday banged the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for its appeal looking for the transfer of numerous situations connected to the 2021 post-poll physical violence exteriorWest Bengal
The bench of justices Abhay Abhay S Oka and Pankaj Mithal claimed that the firm can not cast aspersions on the whole judiciary inWest Bengal The court got the firm to withdraw its request, revealing solid displeasure of declarations asserting hostility in the hearings throughout all courts.
“How can you cast aspersions on entire judiciary. You are showing as if there is a hostile environment in whole West Bengal,” the bench claimed, reported PTI.
Meanwhile, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, standing for the CBI, notified the Supreme Court that there was no intent to cast aspersions, connecting the concern to inadequate preparing in the appeal.
