People were seen hurrying out of their homes and workplaces as they really felt the trembling. However, the tremblings lasted for just a few secs and no significant loss is reported from Indian area until now.
Tremors were really felt throughout a number of cities in Pakistan, consisting of Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Malakand, Multan, Chiniot, Lakki Marwat, Swat, Chitral, Mianwali, Kasur, Okara, andFaisalabad The quake, determining 5.8 in size, had its center near Dera Ghazi Khan, at a deepness of 10 kilometers.
