Delhi: AAP Leader Saurabh Bhardwaj Detained By Cops While Protesting To Reinstate Bus Marshals|India News


New Delhi: Delhi Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Saurabh Bharadwaj and various other event participants were restrained by authorities on Thursday while opposing at Chandgiram Akhara in Delhi, requiring the reinstatement of marshals in buses.

While being restrained, Saurabh Bhardwaj claimed, “We are with the bus marshals. They are poor. They have been removed as part of a conspiracy. Arvind Kejriwal will get them reinstated.” The bus marshals have actually been opposing for obtaining restored after Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena ended their solutions in October in 2015.

Earlier in the day, Saurabh Bharadwaj, signing up with the demonstration, claimed that they are waiting on BJP to join them in holding conversation with the LG on the problem. Speaking to ANI, he claimed, “We are not here to fight. We have come here today and we are waiting for BJP.”
