The Supreme Court Collegium on Monday revealed to repatriate of Delhi High Court Justice Yashwant Varma to his home town Allahabad High Court days after the exploration of unaccounted cash money at his palace in brand-new Delhi.
“The Supreme Court Collegium in its meetings held on 20th and 24th March 2025 has recommended repatriation of Mr Justice Yashwant Varma, Judge, High Court of Delhi, to the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad,” Collegium claimed, based on bar and bench.
The choice was taken by the Collegium after both conferences hung on March 20 and one more on March 24.
Amid the cash money row, Justice Varma had actually claimed that no cash money was ever before positioned because stockroom either by him or any one of his relative and claimed he highly knock the pointer that the claimed cash money came from them.
