Amid demonstrations by physicians over the rape and murder of a younger physician at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee gone to Swasthya Bhawan in Kolkata to consult with the opposing clinical physicians.
While engaging with younger physicians opposing before the state health and wellness division head office in Salt Lake, Chief Minister Banerjee mentioned that she will certainly assess the physicians’ needs and act if any person is condemned.
“I have spent sleepless nights as you have been protesting on the road amid rains,” she included, PTI reported.
