Bihar News: A 16-year-old woman and her father have been killed after a person shot at them earlier than taking his personal life on the Ara Railway Station in Bihar. According to the police, the incident occurred on the footbridge, connecting platforms 2 and three, they mentioned.
The gunman was recognized as Aman Kumar, Bhojpur district’s Superintendent of Police Raj police mentioned. “He first shot the girl and then her father before shooting himself dead. All three died on the spot,” he mentioned, as reported by information company PTI.
“The motive is yet to be known. However, the love angle can not be ruled out,” he added. The SP mentioned an investigation has been began, and forensic consultants have collected proof from the spot.
Speaking on the incident, RPF Senior Commandant Prakash Panda mentioned that the homicide weapon has been seized and the investigation within the case is underway.
“… Three individuals have died. The accused, Aman Kumar, a 24-year-old man, a resident of Bhojpur shot lifeless Jiya Kumari and her father Anil Sinha. He later shot himself. We are investigating… We will make preparations for CCTV cameras,” Panda mentioned.
“Although there are round 40 cameras on the railway station, we are going to get some put in on the foot over the bridge… homicide weapon has been seized…,” he additional said.

It was learnt that the woman had come to the station to board a practice to Delhi.
