Method

  • Rock salt to preference

Method

  1. Take drenched sabudana in a dish.
  2. Add ground peanuts to it, together with salt, red chilli powder, steamed potatoes and coriander leaves.
  3. Mash and blend the active ingredients extensively to make a thick combination.
  4. Make little, rounded, tikki-like rounds of the combination.
  5. Put these in warm oil for deep frying.
  6. Fry them up until gold brownish.
  7. Serve warm.
