In diGo concerns apology after malfunctioning a/c leaves guests ‘stifled’ in Delhi-Varanasi trip


Domestic service provider In diGo released an apology after guests aboard the Delhi-Varanasi trip dealt with problems after the airplane’s cooling system malfunctioned causing suffocation and disorder inside the cabin.

Responding to the whole issue, In diGo stated that the a/c was operating appropriately, however a temperature level change created the cabin to warm up, causing stress amongst the guests.

“We extend our apologies for the inconvenience experienced on flight 6E 2235 operating from Delhi to Varanasi on September 5, 2024,” the airline company stated in a declaration.

“The discomfort was attributed to fluctuations in cabin temperature, which were adjusted in response to passenger requests. Our cabin crew promptly extended assistance to the affected passenger to address the situation,” it included.

The video clip of the event, which happened on September 5 on trip 6E 2235, reveals leaflets in utter pain. Reportedly, numerous guests passed out as a result of extreme warmth and suffocation, while others were seen utilizing publications to cool themselves.
