New Delhi: The Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & & Pensions (PERSMIN) has actually just recently provided an Office Memorandum (OM) putting down most current standards concerning altering of partner’s name or last name after retired life.
