French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot on Wednesday alerted United States President- choose Donald Trump versus endangering the European Union’s “sovereign borders”
Barrot’s remark followed Trump declined to eliminate army activity to take control of Greenland, which is a self-governing area of EU participant Denmark.

“There is no question of the EU letting other nations in the world, whoever they may be, attack its sovereign borders,” Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot informed France Inter radio.
He included that, while he did not think the United States “would invade” Greenland,”we have entered an era that is seeing the return of the law of the strongest.”
“There is obviously no question that the European Union would let other nations of the world attack its sovereign borders, whoever they are,” Barrot stated. “We are a strong continent.”
Trump on Monday decreased to eliminate army or financial activity as component of his wish both to have the United States take control of Greenland and the Panama Canal.
“No, I can’t assure you on either of those two. But I can say this, we need them for economic security,” stated Trump, when asked.
