Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday introduced a 100% toll on imports of Chinese- made electrical automobiles, signing up with the United States and European Union in enforcing greater responsibilities.
The choice was absorbed feedback to what Ottawa recognized as an initiative by Chinese business to produce an international surplus.
“Actors like China have chosen to give themselves an unfair advantage in the global marketplace,” Trudeau claimed at a cupboard conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
