Vancouver serial groper founded guilty without any prison time

A male founded guilty of sexually attacked 4 unfamiliar people in Vancouver in 2023 will not offer any type of prison time for his offenses.

On Wednesday, a court approved 25-year-old Hussein Al-Shami a conditional discharge and punished him to 30 months of probation, the B.C. Prosecution Service informed CBC News.

Al-Shami begged guilty to the offenses in October, claiming he had actually sexually attacked 4 individuals in April and May of 2023.

At the moment, the Vancouver Police Department stated 4 ladies in between the ages of 25 and 40 were attacked over the period of 2 days.

The ladies all reported being groped while strolling late at night near the midtown core.

VPD claims it was suggestions from the general public after the division launched a picture of Al-Shami that led authorities to him.
