Ottawa authorities claim an 18-year-old guy was fired and eliminated around Percy and Nepean roads at concerning 9:45 p.m. Sunday.
They claimed in an e-mail they do not have a suspect captive and their examination proceeds.

Police are still in the procedure of alerting the target’s family members and aren’t prepared to launch his name, they claimed.
