Man expelled from car in accident on Deerfoot Trail passes away


A male in his 30s is dead after a single-vehicle accident in southeast Calgary on Sunday early morning, cops claim.

Officers claim it took place after 7:30 a.m., as a lady in her 30s was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado southern on Deerfoot Trail S.E. coming close to the interchange with Anderson Road S.E.

The guy was riding in the front guest seat of the vehicle. Police think the car proceeded straight and went into the average as the roadway split.

The front guest side of the car struck a light post, which tore the vehicle’s front guest door off and the guy was expelled from the car.

Police claim the guy was noticable dead at the scene and the lady driving the vehicle was taken to medical facility with small injuries.

Investigators are functioning to figure out whether rate or problems were consider the accident.

Anyone with info or dashcam video is asked to speak to cops.
