IPOH: Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad and his other half were amongst the champions of an angling program arranged by the Perak state federal government.
Held at Taman Herba Gopeng fish pond, Saarani appeared in the 10th placement when he captured a 2.050 kg Pacu fish, while his other half secured the 3rd placement when she captured a catfish evaluating 2.456 kg.
Known as Perak Sejahtera 2030 angling occasion with the Mentri Besar, it is held for the 2nd year for the VIP classification, where 120 individuals consisting of assemblymen, division heads, area police officers and regional council head of states got involved.
Saarani got RM200 while his other half strolled home with RM1,000.
