PENANG will certainly rebrand its budget-friendly real estate program Rumah Mampu Milik to Rumah MutiaraKu beginning 2025.
State real estate and setting board chairman Datuk Seri Sundarajoo Somu claimed the relocation intended to cultivate a more powerful feeling of possession amongst receivers of the budget-friendly homes.
He introduced this throughout his winding-up speech at the Penang state legal setting up.
Sundarajoo claimed this effort straightened with the Penang 2030 Agenda, which intended to give 220,000 budget-friendly real estate devices as component of its growth objectives.
“As of Oct 31, the state had achieved 73.94% of this target, with 162,689 units accounted for,” he claimed.
“These comprised 51,680 units built followed by 22,456 units under construction and 88,553 units in the planning phase,” he included.
To fill up the prices void for budget-friendly residences in between classifications B1 valued at RM72,500 and C1 valued at RM150,000 each, Sundarajoo claimed the state presented a brand-new B2 classification.
Each B2 device is valued at RM100,000 with a minimal 750sq feet location and without equipping.
